Use the Security Request Application to request new access, modify existing access, or remove access from the following services:
- Banner Admin (Banner 9)
- Self Service Banner (SSB) - Advising functions
- Banner Document Management (BDMS)
- DegreeWorks (Degree Audit)
Log into Banner 9
- Login to Banner 9.
- Enter your NetID and password, and click Login.
- Only these authorized SIS security employees are allowed to submit requests:
- SIS Functional Leads
- Anyone who holds the SAP role called Department Head
- Others authorized by the Office of the University Registrar
- Ensure that the processing of the requester’s PCR has completed before attempting to request access. Failure to do so may result in your request being denied.
- Once a request is submitted, you may be contacted to verify information.
- When access is granted, an email with instructions will be sent to the person who is granted the access.
- Graduate Advisors, their support staff, and Faculty Admissions Committee members must complete the appointment form and be approved by The Graduate College to have access to the system. Submit the appropriate form. If approved, The Graduate College will submit the security request on your behalf.
