How to Manage Student Recordings

Recordings made in Zoom by the student can be uploaded to Mediaflo, Texas State's online video content management system.

NOTE: Faculty and staff must request a Mediaflo account.


The instructor can create a dropbox and share the URL for students to upload to their library.

Alternately, instructors may request a Mediaflo Student Video Submission workflow, a process that allows students to submit videos to instructors as a class assignment.

NOTE: In both cases, once content is submitted, students will not be able to review their content. Faculty can view student videos and share them if needed.
