ITAC is here to assist faculty and staff in the successful use of Zoom and Teams Live for online meetings, video conferences, and online interviews. If you need general assistance using Zoom or Teams, we suggest you first take advantage of our no-cost, Zoom and Teams Live technical support.

If you have an important meeting, event, or set of interviews coming up and would like technical assistance with Zoom or Teams and equipment needed to use the service, an ITAC agent can come to your campus meeting space. Hourly fees will be assessed and terms and conditions apply. Below are ITAC's consultation support options.

Zoom or Teams Live Event Technical Support (recommended)

Departmental Cost: None

Description: ITAC provides friendly and helpful Zoom or Teams Live support. Zoom is an easy-to-use video conference tool. Teams Live is a bit more involved. In either case, you just need a computer or mobile device, speakers, a webcam, and a microphone.

The helpful resources on our Zoom and Teams Live support sites will get you started on the right track to online meeting success. If you have questions along the way, ITAC is ready to help you learn more.

When and Where: 24/7, 365 days a year. Visit the Zoom or Teams Live support sites. If you need additional help, contact the IT Assistance Center.
