How to Add a New Landline (Office or Home) Telephone to My NetID 2-Step Account

  1. Go to the Online Toolkit.
  2. Enter your NetID and password, and click Login.

    CAUTION: If you automatically receive a prompt (e.g., call or push), click Cancel.
     
  3. On the NetID 2-Step screen, click Add a new device

    You will be asked to confirm that it’s really you by performing an existing NetID 2-Step login.
     
  4. Using a device that you currently have enrolled, complete the NetID 2-Step login.

  5. Click Landline, and click Continue.

  6. In the drop-down menu, click a country.
  7. Enter your phone number, click the checkbox to confirm the correct number, and click Continue.

  8. Click Done.

    Congratulations! You have added a new landline for NetID 2-Step login.
