How to Access a Shared Mailbox on Outlook for Mac

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Click the Tools menu, then click Accounts.

  3. Click the Advanced... button.

  4. Select the Delegates tab.

  5. In the bottom pane (People I am a delegate for), click the + icon.

  6. Enter the email address of the shared mailbox. Click Add.
