Event Fee Schedule
Priority I. Related to classroom instruction or presidential events. No fee.
Priority II. Sponsored by a department of the University or a chartered student organization with a university account. Cost/ fund # required. $50.00/event + hourly tech rate. *
Priority III. Associated with the University but event is not supported by a department, including registered student organizations, sororities, fraternities, clubs, etc; $125/event + hourly tech rate. *
Priority IV. Non- University event. $250/event + hourly tech rate. *
* Hourly tech rate of $30.00/ hour.
CAUTION: A Facility Use Agreement must have already been submitted to ITAC before you can proceed with this form.
Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance. Reservations made with less than 14 days of notice are not guaranteed and must be approved by Teaching Theater Coordinator.
NOTE: A rush fee of $25.00 will be assessed.
NOTE: Due to recent technology upgrades, the stage furniture (lectern and workstation) must remain on the stage and cannot be moved. The only exceptions are Presidential and Academic events.
